By using atcollectionbd.com and placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.
Ordering
Placing an order on our website is a request to buy, not a confirmed sale. Your order is confirmed only after our representative contacts you by phone or WhatsApp to verify it. We will do this within 24 hours of your order.
We reserve the right to cancel any order if the item is out of stock, the price or product description was listed in error, we cannot reach you by phone after repeated attempts, or the delivery address is outside our service area.
Product images and descriptions
We photograph our jewellery in natural light and describe each piece as accurately as we can. Colours may look slightly different on your screen depending on your device and display settings. Minor variation in handcrafted pieces is normal and is not considered a defect.
Pricing
All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but the price shown when you placed your order is the price you pay.
Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery, bKash, and Nagad. Full details are on our Payments page.
Cancellation
You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it has been handed to the courier. Once your parcel has been dispatched, cancellation is treated as a return and our Returns Policy applies.
Repeatedly refusing to accept Cash on Delivery parcels costs us the courier charges both ways. If this happens more than twice, we may require advance payment on your future orders.
Intellectual property
All photographs, text, and the AT Collection name and logo on this website belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
